AFF 1055 - Meat Marketing (Beef, Pork, Lamb, and Poultry)

This course introduces students to the principles of marketing meat products in competitive food industries. Students will explore market segmentation, branding, pricing strategies, labeling, consumer behavior, and direct-to-consumer sales. Emphasis is placed on building market value through storytelling, transparency, and leveraging current trends in meat marketing-from butcher shops to online platforms.
