ACC 4120 - Advanced Accounting
3 cr
The course includes select advanced accounting topics. Students will perform an in-depth comparison between Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and International Financial Reporting Standards. Students will also gain an introductory understanding of consolidation accounting, segment and interim reporting, foreign currency transaction and translation, Securities and Exchange Commission reporting, partnerships, and government and not-for-profit accounting.
