ARE 1212 - Construction Materials & Methods

This course is a comprehensive study of common construction materials and methods of fabrication and installation employed in building construction which covers sources, methods of manufacture, and uses of materials. There is a materials lab associated with this course that familiarizes the student with physical characteristics and uses of materials, performance of standard tests, and preparation of technical reports.
Lecture/Lab: 4 hours of lecture, 3 hours of lab
