COM 4510 - Communication Portfolio
3 cr
This is a capstone course for Communication majors nearing completion of their undergraduate degree. This course is intended to help seniors prepare for the transition from student to professional. Students will assemble a professional portfolio, write and refine a resume and cover letter, develop interview and presentation skills, and visit networking events and professional environments. Students will be assessed on the strength of their written and oral communication skills, attention to detail, technological and digital literacy, professionalism, maturity, and motivation.
Prerequisite(s): Senior standing
