AER 1002 - Aircraft & Airmen Regulations & Documents

Students will learn about the relevant Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations that apply to both aviation mechanics and aircraft. Students will apply this knowledge when approving repairs for return to service. An aircraft will be inspected to determine if the required equipment is present. The students will learn to weigh the aircraft anddetermine if its weight and balance conforms to the aircraft’s Type Certificate Data Sheet.
Lecture/Lab: 1 hour of lecture, 1 hour of lab
