Vermont State University (VTSU) recognizes that students may need or want to take courses at the Community College of Vermont (CCV) to fulfill degree requirements . The Vermont State Colleges System Consortium Enrollment Agreement enables students matriculated at VTSU to take courses at CCV while utilizing their VTSU financial aid.

The Vermont State University and Community College of Vermont Consortium Enrollment Agreement establishes the process for VTSU students to register for classes at CCV while making clear which institution has responsibilities for registration, billing, the award of financial aid, and academic policies.
