ART 2020 - Color Theory & Design
3 cr
This course explores color design as applied to visual media such as graphics, animation, fine arts, and filmmaking. Instruction includes a historical overview of the field of color theory including color psychology and symbolism. Students engage in studio projects to investigate contemporary color models, the interaction of colors, and building color palettes and color harmonies for visual impact.
