ARE 4720 - ARE Senior Project
4 cr
This is a capstone course in which the student typically prepares engineering drawings; design or evaluation documentation; and presentations for a commercial-scale building project based on preliminary architectural plans (such as the ASHRAE national student competition building), an existing structure, or other information. They work on electrical/lighting, mechanical, or structural systems or an integrated sustainable design of multiple systems.
2 hours of lecture, 6 hours of studio
Prerequisites: ARE 2022 , ARE 3030 , ARE 3040 , ARE 4010 , ARE 4020 , ARE 4030
