HOH 3010 - The Science of Well-Being 3 cr
The emphasis of this course is to introduce the fundamental principles of healing on a physical, emotional and spiritual level and explore various evidence-based self-care strategies for the enhancement of one’s personal well-being. We will explore a variety of mind-body techniques such as meditation, yogic breathing and postures, visualizations, nutrition, philanthropy, and nature therapy.
