ATM 3062 - Computer Applications in Climate 3 cr
This course is designed for science majors and teaches the fundamentals of using computer programming, basic statistics, and graphical summaries to study Earth’s climate system. Climate concepts may include seasonal and long-term forecasting, spatial and temporal variability, climate modes and teleconnections, and anthropogenic climate change.
Corequisites: ATM 1020 - Introduction to Climatology Offered: Spring There is a fee associated with this course
