This course examines the management of human, educational, political, and social resources related to a sport or recreation-related organization. Topics may include skills and best practices related to building relationships, networking, fundraising methods, organizational skills, programming, ethical decision-making, risk management, leadership skills, team building, project management, and human resource management.
