BUS 2095 - Sport Marketing and Promotions 3 cr
This course examines the marketing process as it applies to the sport industry. Students will conduct market research and develop promotional materials. Research components may include data collection, economic feasibility study, market research and segmentation, competitive analysis, and consumer behavior. Promotional activities may include social responsibility planning, sponsorships, developmental strategies, and programming and advertising at the collegiate and professional levels.
Prerequisites: BUS 1350 - Sport & Society, Sport Management Issues and Concepts or permission Offered: Fall
