ELM 4311 - Control Systems II
3 cr
This course deals with the design of controllers using frequency response, including PID controllers. It expands to cover the state space techniques to design state feedback controllers. It concludes with an introduction of digital control and its implementation. The student applies these techniques to control lab physical plants and uses MATLAB with Simulink extensively.
Lecture/Lab: 2 hours of lecture, 3 hours of lab
Prerequisite(s): ELM 4310
