CRJ 3225 - International Criminal Law 3 cr This course will cover the history and development of the field of international criminal law from Nuremberg to the ICC; the sources of international criminal law; and jurisdiction over the investigation and prosecution of international crimes. The course will examine the elements of the international crimes of genocide, war crimes, crimes against humanity, and aggression. It will also analyze recent developments in international criminal justice, including reparations and ecocide.
