HOH 4720 - Senior Integrative Health Care Seminar

This course offers an opportunity for Holistic Health majors to review, reflect and summarize their experiences and education in the HOH program. Students will put into practice the mindfulness-based self-care strategies that they learned in the program, and discuss and explore the insights, inspirations, and questions that have arisen from their journey through the HOH program.
