INT 1005 - Self, Career & Culture GE 3 cr This course designed for freshman investigates the relationships between individuals, their careers, and the social environments in which they live. The course explores the interactions between self and society and helps to explain the nature of the individual as a student; the nature and impact of the student’s program on society; the relationship among educational disciplines and society; the role of the individual and the student’s career in society; and the responsibilities of citizenship.
Typically offered: Spring General education: This course fulfills the Humanistic Perspectives general education requirement.
