ELT 2130 - Industrial Electronics 4 cr This is a multi-purpose course designed to acquaint the student with the electronic devices, circuits, and computer techniques used to control industrial operations. It specifically includes sensors and related instrumentation; power switching devices; DC and AC motors; stepping and brushless motors; and PLCs. Application and control issues involved with these devices are investigated with additional topics as time permits.
