EDU 3311 - Foundations of Inclusive Practices 3 cr Graded
This course provides an opportunity to study the principles and practices of managing a learning environment in recognition of the disabilities and differences present in school and society. Emphasis is on planning, managing, and assessing learning for diverse populations in inclusive settings. Students learn to use a characteristics and strengths-based approach in their work with youth across a variety of educationally related disabilities. Students develop Part I of the Vermont Licensure Portfolio in this course.
