EDU 3100 - Literacy Intervention, Assessment & Strategies

This course will examine theories on the development of literacy and the factors that contribute to reading difficulties. Students will learn to implement effective assessment, monitoring, and instructional techniques for working with students with literacy needs. Students will also explore the principles of curriculum-based measurement in relation to response to intervention.
