EDU 2420 - Learning about the World through Science
3 cr
Students will learn multiple methods to create an enriching science curriculum, covering the areas of the physical sciences, life sciences, earth and space sciences, and engineering design. Students will learn how to integrate science curriculum across disciplines, and help children understand the importance of science in daily life, within the local community, and within regional, state, national, and global contexts.
Lecture/Lab: 3 hours of lecture, 15 hours of field work
Prerequisite(s): EDU 1410 , EDU 1420
