CPM 4040 - Construction Scheduling

This course explores time management of construction projects. Topics include project scheduling; durations and dependencies; and efficiency calculations. Industry examples and case studies are used to demonstrate scheduling techniques, resource allocation, and productivity. Computer applications for construction scheduling are used to create and manage construction schedules.
