BUS 4190 - Leadership

This course includes the study of leadership as well as the application of leadership theories, concepts, and skills as well as building an awareness of leadership issues facing our communities and society. Students will have a clear understanding of the difference between the traditional management function and the more contemporary leadership role that management plays in business today and will begin to develop a personal philosophy of leadership.
