BUS 4060 - Strategic Management 3 cr This capstone course deals with ways organizations build and sustain superior competitive positions and achieve long-term profitability. This capstone course develops an integrated view of an organization that encompasses functional areas such as operations, marketing, accounting, and finance. The case study method, simulations, projects, and presentations may be used, with emphasis placed on policy formulation, strategic implementation, and control. Both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations may be included.
