BUS 2010 - Project Management

This course provides a comprehensive overview of project management focusing on developing skills needed for working within a project team. Students will examine the stages of a project in chronological order and learn how they interrelate. Topics include the manager and management team roles, project organization and planning process, and communications and negotiations. Students will apply project management concepts by identifying requirements, addressing the stakeholders’ needs, concerns, and expectations, and balancing project constraints such as scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk.
