BIO 3180 - Nutrition Assessment

Nutrition Assessment includes the study of the methods to accurately assess the nutritional status at the individual and population wide levels and introduces the practical application of these concepts in health and disease. Students conduct nutritional assessment using a variety of methods including dietary food records, anthropometry, and biochemical methods.
