PED 1235 - Camping, Orienteering, and Canoeing

This dynamic course explores many of the foundational aspects of the backcountry experience. Participants will explore both the world of trail and water based natural environments. Focusing on skill sets to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. The class will enthusiastically bring us through a broad range of topics from compass navigation to backpacking to canoe tripping.
Lecture/Lab: 3 hours lecture
