BUS 5050 - Leadership Communications

This course provides MBA students with knowledge well beyond that of a basic undergraduate business communication course. It focuses on strategic leadership communication, integrating theories and practical approaches to enhance organizational effectiveness. Students will learn to develop the communication capabilities needed for transformational leadership, including navigating complex interpersonal and organizational dynamics, influencing, inspiring, and leading diverse teams through change and challenges, all with ethos and ethical considerations.
