Business Intelligence (BI) is multidimensional and complex. But it is an important aspect of successful businesses and organizations. This course examines how the processes and technologies, including the development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the expansion of global information sources, are used for strategic planning. Topics include BI activities and dimensions, developing a BI culture, the “soft assets” of BI, the use of dashboards and performance intelligence, and the life cycle of BI projects.
