This course examines the strategic importance of Human Resource Management in addressing real-world challenges faced by 21st-century organizations. Students will study the effect of modern events and their impact on organizational performance. Topics include job analysis, workforce planning, recruitment, training, talent management, compensation, performance management, organizational culture, employment law, and labor relations.
