WFC 2010 - Conservation Field Experience
4 cr
A hands-on course focused on field skills relevant to conservation including utilization of common tools in forest and wildlife assessment, data collection and analysis, and monitoring of environmental variables. Course content is field-based emphasizing training in the skills needed by conservation managers. Students will visit field sites to learn ways to evaluate, describe, or monitor different community types.
3 hours lecture, 3 hours lab
